Can you be more specific?

Game crashes to the desktop after a few seconds. It looks like many people have this problem at the moment. So of course it is not playable.

Does the 2K Support website open afterwards?

If you have a program from softsonic, or any nahimic.exe running try shutting this task down. its solved the issue for me.

The problem is the connection with 2K apparently. If you play offline. It works... but you lose 90% of the game's features...

Open your NVIDIA Control Panel and make sure the preferred graphics processor under Global Settings is High Performance NVIDIA processor.
