How to get Speedster achievement exactly?

I looked into this guide:

- Use the character "Haru" and activate the card "Move Faster" twice and the card "Energy Drink" once.
or
- Use the card "Move Faster" twice and the card "Energy Drink" once, but the cards must have the maximum level.
or
- Use the card "Ninja Log" and the card "Move Faster" (Note: You must be shot that you get the speed boost through the card Ninja Log)

Or from another on-line guide:

Use the character “Haru” which is unlocked at level 20 and activated the card “Energy Drink” twice and the card “Move Faster” twice in one round.

I am very new to this game, but I thought each card has duration only one round and I can have each card only once in deck / hand (duplicated ones are used for level up card?).

So how exactly I should do "activate the card "Move Faster" twice and the card "Energy Drink" once"? I do not see a way to have 2x Move Faster in hand in one round.

"and activated the card “Energy Drink” twice and the card “Move Faster” twice in one round" sound to me very unlikely to happen. How am I suppose to get 4 exact card in my hand in one round? There is higher chance to win 1st prize in lottery.

Additionally, I tried Haru + Ninja Log + Move Faster (after I was shoted) and did not get achievement... Or do I need those cards at max level? Guide did not say that.

What I am missing? Thank you.

Hi, the form I get the achevement was: Haru + Move faster + Ninja Log + Energy Drink ( but Energy Drink can only be used when Ninja Log is triggered)
