technically there are 4 new characters but you need to hack the pc in the cabin on the woods map with the dice bomb after that use 404 error card and then love letter but both ouf the players need to do heal themselve with the letter and at last just use parlay

Do both players get the character or is it only one at a time? Like if one person uses 404 and then the second player Parleys do they get it?

one at a time unfortunately, me and a friend tried doing it where one of us got parley and one got 404 and it diddnt work, we ended up just grinding for a bit until we got lucky with a card thief so we could just steal the card the other diddnt have to get the character for both of us
