Enemy Characters Lag/Stutter in Online and Private Matches.

Hello I am having issues that make it impossible to play:

My Game runs smoothly but enemy Characters Lag/Stutter in Online and Private Matches.

I have (tried):

-Stable High FPS
-High Up- & Downloadrates and Stable 17-25 Ping
-Moving the game from HDD to M2 NVME SSD and vice versa
-Reinstalling
-Lowering all Graphics option to every possibility
-Searching for faulty files via Steam
-Changing Steams network settings for Peer to Peer
-using my smartphones internet to check if my provider is the problem


Nothing seems to help, I bought the game for me and 3 friends and two of us can play just fine and me and one friend are having this issue.

Maybe someone can help me with this, since the support doesnt awnser anymore...

I have been having this issue since day 1. I honestly think its just the netcode being kinda jank because no matter what setup it happens

1 out of the 3 friends I bought it for has it too. The other two have perfectly smooth moving enemys, so there has to be a problem/bug

I found a workaround: Set FPS Cap to 80
Fixed it for me.
I can finally play the gaaaaame

Thats weird thats the fix, hopefully the developers can fix it
