Server Lag and hit registration issue

i just started playing this game so not sure if im just not used to it yet but it feels like there is SOOOO much lag/hit reg issues, it feels like when i get shot my body teleports back slightly to where my enemy shot. also please add the ability to change crosshair somewhere down the line. really like this game in concept but hit reg just feels SO off
