Report a translation problem
It is, with the 5m and 10m terrains, possible to have two separate water types on a route at the current time.
There is the 'legacy' water, which is placed using the water tools in the Topology tab in Surveyor Classic. This is the one that you can add/delete per grid square.
There is also a new 'water effect layer' system, which provides a much more flexible water system, however by default this is placed a small distance under the ground. You can change the default height using the effect layer settings, or otherwise you can manually lower it as needed.

Otherwise if you don't need the water effect layer, then you can simply delete this effect layer using the effect layer tools.
