When will you fix the DLC problem, so the stuff that we bought will be visible in the game?

Why won't the trains I bought that are in my Library download into the game, TRS22?

Yesterday, I bought 8 trains for from the store, but I can't download them.

How are you trying to download them?
Either download from the in-game menu or Content Store > Purchased tab.

It's in the Content Store, and purchased tab, but when I right click, the install word is faded, and won't let me install.

I get the same issue with my new trianz simulator 3 for droid Used to work on trainz 2 , but cant even download that from the play store anymore.

DLC Problem

I bought this trainz DLC Andrushivka - Vinnitsa UZ in the trainz content store but the payment went through steam in steam it shows as bought but in the trainz content store as not bought how can I install it it doesn't seem to work via steam

I have same problem I bought 2 routes as a gift for a friend,he accepted they show as installed but they did not download and are not in his game.Suggest you don't buy DLC for this game from steam untill this gets solved i it ever does

Yes, I think it's better not to buy a dlc via steam at the moment

Maybe it's because I bought the game to early. I bought the game on June 1, while I should have bought it on June 2

I have this issue too (see "No Access to DLC" thread). Steam support can't help. I haven't had a solution to my issue in my thread & have just asked for 2nd time on the N3V support site.
It might all take a while at this rate.

However could you please let us know each DLC that you are seeing this issue with so that we can look into this for each DLC that is showing this issue.
