Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022

No Access to DLC
I have 7 DLC specifically for TRS2022, some free, some purchased.
All are in my library but none of them can I get into the sim. Still shown as purchaseable on the Content Store page. All content of base game is accessible & I have validated TRS 2022.
I really hope there is an easy solution to this having already spent soooo much time on downloads.

I'm not sure which items you are talking about.
Are you referring to the items TRS22-Core, MPS, Main Menu etc? These will show as "Purchased" and are already installed.
The "Purchased" tab in Content Store shows items you have access to.
Items you don't own show in the Store tab and show the purchase price.

Thank you but , no. I mean purchased:
TRS 2022 DLC - Industrial Switching
Trs 2022 DLC - Switch Model Railroad
plus free:
TRS 2022 DLC - Cornish Mainland & Branches
TRS 2022 DLC - Niddertalbahn
plus 3 of the free EMDSD70's
Bottom line is that no DLC in my TRS2022 library is currently accessible.

I'm also told that my DLC has been automatically installed into TRS2022.
Instead they're not visible anywhere except my library.

I've checked your account in the backend and I can see your DLC items but not TRS22.
Possible something went wrong linking your account.
Perhaps you purchased on a different Steam account?
Try removing and re-entering your MyTrainz username in Content Store.
Next thing would be to create a new local data folder and retry then.

Surely you are not saying to "Delete Account"? That sounds dangerous to me. The other option in Content Store is to "Sign Out" & I've done that. I've also now tried a fresh install on
a different PC having a different content number (new local data folder) with the same result.
So if there's a problem linking TRS22 to my one and only Steam account then it needs to be fixed, please.
I can access everything including the new routes, just not the DLC's

p.s. I can also access all TRS19 contents in Content Store in TRS22 & my TRS19 is not on Steam. The N3V site does not show me as having TRS22 but I do have the 30 day First Class Ticket provided with it???

I have now sought help from Steam support & also at the N3V site. Just wanting this fixed having already spent many hours downloading content rather than playing at this stage.

I think it's because I bought the game too early (June 1). I feel like I should buy it at June 2.

My problem is that items I've purchased do not show as purchased and still show the purchase price in spite of being ticked as installed per Steam interface. I am awaiting a response from Steam Support on this but please feel free to provide a solution to a situation that needs resolving. Thank you.

Turns out Steam Support say they can't help with this issue:
"Linking and unlinking a Steam account and a game or service is an external process. Steam Support is not able to modify or unlink your account."
I am asking for a response, (actually a fix), please.
I've also asked via N3V & still no response

I think all of this is because I bought the game to early. I bought it on June 1, while I should buy it on June 2

Our team are currently looking into this, so as to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

If you are seeing this issue, and the DLC packs you are seeing the issue with have not been listed by someone else above, then please let us know which DLC packs are showing this issue so that we can look into these further.

Is this that TRS22 is not properly linked thus effecting any DLC from Steam?
I had my purchased DLC refunded but am eager to repurchase upon resolution.

I purchased Sebino lake Italy and coal country as a gift and they show as installed by steam but are not in the game
