faced with the problem of the universal key

He opened all the doors on the stairs after (except the door to the boiler room) which the key disappeared. I returned to Isabelle's room and he was hanging in the air without being able to pick him up

unfortunately, I realized too late that this was a bug, and for a while I wandered around the ship and all the saves were overwritten, I will wait for konibut to post the saves on the Internet

Loading a previous save worked. I'm not shure what triggered the bug, because everything was fine after entering the reception again.

the key is not displayed on the map, before opening the boiler room, I went to the room with letters near the telegraph office, then decided to go to the reception and reached the entrance from where I went to the ship, after that I went to the boiler room and the key was no longer there. I've collected all the clues.
Also, after returning to the stairs, the door was closed and I couldn't open it. After restarting, it opened, but I couldn't open the door to the boiler room.

What exactly did you do minutes before noticing the missing key?
I went to reception. Walked a lot around.

Was the key also missing from the Map UI?
Yes.

Did you complete all mysteries before reaching the boiler room door?
I went roof and game didnt let me go.
Then i complete mysteries. And also realised keys are gone.

Did you collect most clues and no mystery conclusion?
Only marias room clue didnt complete. No idea about if theres any mystery related. After complete most. Game let me go through roof. And possibly complete the game.

What was the sequence where the doors were opened?
No idea what you asked.

Did you play the game for a few hours before encountering the issue?
I played around 8 hours.

Did you encounter any performance/FPS issues before the master key issue?
Well i have a lot performance issues. 7900x cpu was 95 C. 165fps locked. After realised temps. İ locked to 70fps. Now i have 91C. My cpu sits 85-88 in heavy games.

I can confirm that my key disappered at reception room. I was making YouTube video. When i edit i looked. Game told me to complete other mysteries before going forward boiler roof entrance. I walked to the reception(cuz it was green mean didnt complete). When i entrance i checked i have isabel key. When im out the room keys are gone. In reception i only checked thalassa new article. And completed reception room. Now its gray. It said new mystery can be solved but there is nothing to solve. Then my keys are gone.
My problem occures like this. Thank you for amazing game and adventure. Hope all devs are happy with it
