locked door
I need some help I'm getting stuck behind locked doors and I can't seem to figure out how to get through them. I've been to the Seed Vault Prometheus“”, “Exodus Station” and “The Last Listener Station” I seem to be stopped to complete these places without getting through a locked door with a security access on it from somewhere I don't know? I would like to know where I need to go to get these access levels while mine just not finding the back door entrance?
I don't think we can get into the “Central Warehouse Alpha” At this point in time anyway.

You get one security level for each five character levels, So if the door has a security level of 3, then you need to be at least level 15 to access it.
Some locations are limited by story progress, some by level. Doors that have a little shield with a number on it under the button have level requirements. the others like the one at last listener a story locked
I didn't know about the door and the exit level. Anyhow I believe I was at level 19 when I first visited the “Seed Vault Prometheus”. And now I'm up to level 23 And keep running into lock doors. So from the sounds of it I'd lost the storyline somewhere probably maybe down to not having enough levels to get in but where? What are my missing? I've gone in an out of the “Lazarus Complex” the first time so now where do I need to go or go back to or find something. That is my problem. Help is appreciated.
it says i need the moses protocol code to open the door.

Norfolk Grave.
Try using / building boxes against the walls to climb up around the other side.
If a door requires power to open, the right side of the doorframe will have a small display with a lightning bolt icon.

If it needs a numeric security level, there will be a similar small display on the frame with a shield icon that has a number in it. That number times five is the minimum level you can open the door at, and you will see the rating displayed on your left shoulder when in the Inventory screen.

If it needs a specific authorization, there will be a tablet-sized display to the right of the door with the required authorization named in text. A PECO terminal somewhere will have an option on its menu to give you that authorization, usually (but not always, I think) located on the same POI.

In all cases the displays will color-code:
Red = Requirement not met
Green = Requirement met
Thank you zombyted for the right hint :)
