Won't shut down

The last few times I've used Movavi 2022 it won't shut off. Even after I shut down steam and come back the next day I can't relaunch because it still hasn't shut down. It just keeps saying shutting down, but it never does. usually happens after I edit 3 or 4 videos in a row without shutting down and starting over...

I kept having isssues after trying all that so when I saw 2024 on sale I just bought it instead. Got my fingers crossed
