The Program Does Not Open

Hi, my Movavi Video Editor Plus 2022 In the last few days it has stopped turning on by itself. I am clicking start button on Steam, it's saying "opening" and a few seconds later "opening" writing turn the Start button. What is the problem, why is this happen?
