Is it just me, or is this software extremly slow ?

Made a wlkthrough yesterday and started today a new project.
On the bottom there is a loading icon which says : optimizing HD clip
While its loading i cant do anything with the software.
Is it better, if the Video file isnt so large, for to avoid that ?
Which kind of hardware do my Computer need io to handle this software faster ?
Is it RAM size related or more a HDD thing ?
The Video file is about 70GB large.

To improve the performance of Movavi Video Editor Plus 2022 when working with long "heavy" projects, the following recommendations may help:

- Please go to Settings>Preferences, open Accelerations tab and disable the "Optimize HD clips" option.
- If possible, close all programs running on your computer while working in Movavi Video Editor Plus 2022 so that these programs do not use your computer's resources;
- If possible, store the program files, the project file and all media files (videos, images, music) included in your project on an SSD instead of a HDD drive so that file access is faster.
