i seem to be missing some points Mal- trust 79/90, Mal love 87/100, Jay- Trust 84/90, love 92/100

Not sure what you mean by harem route.

You can be in a throuple with Jaye and Mallory, kind of a guide here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1783110/discussions/0/6546631477890045757/ comment #2. In short - be on "commit to Jaye" path, max trust and love with Jaye and (as much as possible) Mal and pick "I wish things were different" and "Let me talk to her" in ep9 along with the other right choices.

Alternatively, IIUC you can be in a throuple with Mallory and Amanda. Not sure what exactly is required, I think it was mentioned how to get there somewhere in discussions.
