There is no harem path, but you can get with both of them but have to pick one late in the game or choose an open relationship.

Now they said some of the ladies from earlier in the game my vie for your attention in Chapter 9, so I'm guessing Jaye and Mallory may get more competition, unless this only occurs if you don't have a love interest. Also, don't let the fact that it's not a harem game detract you from playing it. It's a great game that I highly recommend.

Well... I would say that depends on your definition of harem. You can optionally select to have sex with half a dozen women throughout the game -- there are another two which happen "as part of the story". That said, it is less of a harem game than many other AVNs.
