i have spent a bit of time trying to make my own Alia from Treasure of Nadia
according to f95, the correct figure is Rebecca from Rendo - which i bought, and... hmm i am very sceptical.
L to R - my fudged 3ds max/Photoshop version, one i built on top of (Riley? Rylee?) and finally the Rebecca one.

can't simulate NLT's lighting with 3 figures in the scene at once, as it is made of side-lights. i.e. each figure casts shadows on the others and ruins the effect
her outfit is a brutal hack i carved out of some poor PA's sweater - no idea what the proper one is.
f95 also said that ToN's Janet is Alexandra 8, which i am also in doubt of - to me Janet had very strong Milla Jovovich vibes, which Alexandra 8 does not have.
I'd say it's not her starting point at all... Though she is a good looking character.
As for Alexandra being used for Janet, I do see some shaping similarities in the face. Her Mouth corners and her cheek lines specifically, Though Both of those can be achieved with just dialing up Cheek crease and Marionette Lines HD, and the rest of her face, well yeah she MAY have been a very low shape (ie 50% or less) starting point, but her nose, jaw and chin, not even close... And now for the final nail in the coffin for her, the Brows are 100% WRONG, (though she does come with fiber brows so they COULD have used a different set) BUT Alexandra has some VERY unique details in her Areolae that Janet just doesn't have.. So yeah 100% sure it's not her skin. (Also Janet as a very small mark on her right Glute that Alexandra doesn't...) SO Shaping wise... Maybe a little of her but I'm doubtful she was even used at all.
tried doing a mix of Chanel's and Alex 8's morphs... er, horrific. yuck. lumpy.
facially Chanel's skin looks much closer than Alex 8's, but still not exact

Also with ToN skins, that makes some sense. I'm not sure they are actually rendering in DAZ either, I think they are using something else with different shader's then Iray, which may also give their skins the look they achieve. I don't think I am even going to try making them, except for Jessica (i think that was her name) the doctor. Mainly because I am Sure I spotted her skin in my library while I was looking for Katie. So I'll finder her again at some point.
I did get a very nice version of Lexi made, though her scene is going to take me a bit more time because i need to optimize the Environment asset better. Not sure when I will be done with that, especially since Fetish Locator 3 just added 6 more endings today.... Played through one already and DAMN was it amazing... These guys know their stuff when it comes to animation. So impressive. Either way, it's all on the back burner until I see the other 5 new endings!
*****Just saw what you said about Harper... Congrat's She is a GREAT addition, it's funny how a few out of thousand's ALL seem to rise to the top. But probably not a coincidence that MANY of them also happen to be a P3D, she's a hell of an Artist.
whatever they are doing, their images seem to have a higher saturation than normal DS output
ah, FL3... that's another game i stopped playing, i went through that and got the 'sitting in the rain' ending so i used a walkthrough for a good ending... and ended up sitting in the rain again. i left it alone at that point.
seeing Harper being featured in Between Two Worlds, in-situ using a range of different angles and expressions, convinced me to buy her much more than her Daz promo pics did

my unicorn of the week is Cynthia from Milfs of Sunville - i'm pretty sure she's already in my library but haven't spotted her yet
Also i can't remember if i found Cynthia or not, but am pretty sure (though i don't have it installed right now) that the older sister is once again Aurore, and the Blonde is Aria... like i said Pretty sure...

btw, after bragging on P3D's skills, I came across a few messed up G3's. Angel being one of them and Amber from her G3 morph packs being the other. Angels problem is it looks like P3D forgot to split the head morph from the body, when she made the body morph. I made a new Body morph using Shape Splitter to fix it. Amber's is a Head morph issue which effect her teeth (Angels teeth are jacked by her bad body morph too). Needless to say i would avoid Angel if your not willing to fix her, or just keep her mouth closed lol, the other 4 from the morph pack that Amber is in are all good.

So....... I Found Cynthia ;) She is also SASE Bailey, you know, Sea/Christine ;) take a GOOD look at the freckles above and around the corner of her right eye, and specifically the pattern about an inch BELOW the corner of her right eye and you will see they are a 100% match, Chest freckles match too of course but gong by the ones near her right eye is this easiest way for you to be sure since they are easy patterns to spot (with no make-up on Bailey, also need to crank up the bump a little to get Baileys brows to be as defined as Cynthia's, but they too are 100% match none the less)
This is verifying off a screenshot from the games screenshot page. It's of her standing in front of living room wall with the astronaut picture with bare shoulders, if you want to use the same one to verify, though i bet you have a bunch of your own already ;)

Also solved mine, Jessica ToN is JASA Ingrid (Rendo), it's tricky to 100% verify, but I am 100% certain, she has ALL the markings they left on Jessica, though it also looks like they actually moved a mole (probably clone stamped in PS) on her left breast, it's a bit lower and closer to center then it should be, but it is the same mole, this is what was throwing me off with her... but when you look REALLY close, yeah it's the same mole, and since i matched EVERY other mark Jessica has, with Ingrid... it IS here... brows 100% too.

One more for good measure..... Lydia (FL 1-3) is Corina (ISource)... didn't you get her recently? yeah you did! lol, Got a feeling this is why i liked Lydia so much, I knew she was very familiar...

i have none of those problems, says i... then realised my Angel is TMA not P3D (i bought her to use as a base for Lucy the cat girl from My New Family, which i suspect was rendered in Honey Select)
P3D Angel looks good though, might take a chance on her if i ever see her with a huge discount
well spotted, i have Bailey and the skin is definitely right but i can't figure out the shape. Cynthia is kinda stocky with not much waist - i.e. the polar opposite of 99% of AVN characters - and i have been trying to mix and match FBMs but without any luck hitting the magic combination so far

i still spent 20 minutes in the forums looking for the one you mentioned though. just in case.
i never picked Corina as Lydia but wow i should have - they both have really dark sclera, like 50% grey dark. that alone should have made me look twice.
** the height morphs i got in my morph kits all seemed to have a glitch where if e.g. apply 100% Height (maximum shortness) the hair would slide halfway down the character
i ended up making my own height morph which has no ridiculous side effects
About the Free Stuff on Daz, the page is gone but if you filter by low/high price you will see some new free stuff mixed in with the stuff that is always free. So it's there, just no page for it specifically.
Angel IS a great asset even with her mouth issue, going to eventually work on fine tuning my fixed version a little more, her teeth and gums are still being slightly effected by the original issue.
Oh and as far as FL 3, no i doubt have NTR off was the issue with your endings, triggering the different endings (at least to get all of them) is tricky because the majority of them have to do with specifically stuff you did in week one and two, and more then a couple of them are triggered between 1/4 and 1/2 way through, so technically NOT at the Ending, they start and Ending early.. Even With their in game Walk Through (shows consequences of the decisions) it can be tough to trigger some of them, due to the decisions from the earlier weeks. So it's easier to eventually use the builder/setup for week 3, to get some of them. My issue, and why i didn't choose is LC for my first PT was because I was continuing a 19+1 week 2 PT so i had a feeling MOST of that would be effected if i chose LC, anyway no of that mattered once i got to the SERVER room... and don't get me wrong it's a very well done scene, I just wish i hadn't seen it until AFTER i had done an LC route.
Lexi and CeCe are in front of PW's White Palace, and that's the new 488 Pista (Evo Product) Ferrari (with some new Textures and Mats, and a couple small tweeks, can't believe that they didn't make a Black version of Textures....) My Optimization of the White Palace failed btw... Sad too, because Instancify reduced the geometry by 56%. Problem was that PW parented all the windows to the walls and gave them Local coordinates instead of World coordinates, so when all the new instances were created.... that ALL ended up at 0,0,0.... Normally i would just manually put them back in place, but NOT when its over 100 windows.... Anyway it's a damn fine Asset.
And now something COOL for you to try out regarding your Denoising issue... So I found these render settings inside G3 Starter Essentials, and was like hmm, never used these, lets see what setting come in... Most of them i was just shook my head... BUT I did notice a few denoiser setting numbers i had never tried... ANYWAY this is what you need to do...
Create a new scene and drop in your favorite character GEARED ... create a new camera and place it like a head shot portrait (but zoom in MORE) now go under render settings/filtering and change Noise degrain filtering to 2... ONCE YOU DO THIS you will notice 2 new fields pop up below it.. Change Noise Degrain Radius to 4, and Noise Degrain Blur Difference to 0.10.... NOW turn on Iray Preview and just WATCH for a couple minutes...
If your screen does what mine did you're gonna be pretty amazed...
Now Also notice under Filtering that the pixel filter is still set to Gaussian and Radius 1.5 (ie the defaults).. so now turn off iray preview and switch pixel filter to mitchell and radius to 0.75 and then turn on iray preview and watch again for a couple minutes... you SHOULD be able to see some differences, though i think those differences are more about personal taste, as I prefer to use mitchell in most cases anyway, but there are always exceptions... Anyway as to the OTHER settings in that G3 Starter Set, it pushes the max samples to 12000, the time to 22000, render quality 2 and Converged to 98%. So yeah, that might have been necessary in 2017 with 3DeLight put is a waste now...
Anyway try those Denoiser settings with your favorite Render settings setup and let me know how it goes... I know damn well i'm going to be using them with SOME of mine.
***Side note, that Lexi/Cece Render was the first render I added those newly discovered denoiser setting numbers to MY overall settings setup, and well, I am happy with the results, though post denoiser was also active, so there's that...
** Also Have a question for you, Do you have RSSY Geometry Mirroring? All 3 of mine (G3,G8,and G9) are currently broke, and failing and the same point in the process, (before you update the geometry manually) which then leads to a crash when shutting down DAZ. It also makes DAZ unstable immediately after shutting down the RSSY interface after the failed mirroring, hence the need to restart it. (Best to kill it to avoid the crash by trying to Exit DAZ.)
This is the errors i get from the DAZ log---
[WARNING] :: \src\sdksource\general\dzscript.cpp(1189): Unhandled error while executing script.
[WARNING] :: QScriptEngine::popContext() doesn't match with pushContext()
So i think it has more to do with an UPDATE DAZ did then the scripts themselves....
But, if you have it and it's working... then i've got another bug to hunt.
Oh btw, I did finally find a tread about my Camera issue, from 2022, So I am not the only one with it, I stopped looking for threads in 2021 when all i could find were related to MAC issues from 2012/13ish. Of course no solution in that thread and none of them had heard of it either...
***Hmm Well Good news is the RSSY Mirroring Scripts are working just fine in the current Daz Studio Beta Build, so they either did get screwed up with the latest public release, or my public version has an issue...
the crunch came when i had an outfit that used to shrink the same way hair did, but FBMHeight did not appear in the currently-used hidden properties, so i couldn't cancel it out.
so i used the FBMHeight morph to create my own morph, using plain vanilla settings for Adjust Rigging To Shape and also ECC Freeze gives me the exact same morph but without the crappy vertical scaling
well i still have FL3 installed so i'll give it another try, with a walkthrough of course
ok, that worked,
first i had to figure out where the iray preview was... i only used it a couple of times to see some strand based hair back around 2020-ish. haven't used iray preview, or strand based hair, since then
then i realised i needed to have some emissive lights in the scene instead of my usual two low-fi spots.
after that, i could see what was happening. saved it as a preset and i could A/B between new and old and see how much difference it made (using Comfy Bedroom as the test environment)

i couldn't find 'RSSY Geometry Mirroring' at either Daz or Rendo, and i don't have it myself. closest thing was RS Mirror Geometry.
regardless, i don't have either - setting scale -100% on X usually works for me with most things.
glad yours is behaving itself now.

one of the last things i picked up from Daz was GDN Kelly - she had an interesting looking dirt map and some makeup i want to diff+extract in photoshop so i can use them on other figures
also got the usual bunch of wearables and a free pile of garbage...
Flipping that X is a good trick on some stuff for sure. but doesn't work well on Cloths and Accessories, and even though everything that the script does can ALSO be done manually, when you want to do Bulk, the scripts are the way to go. I can Convert a dozen (probably more) in the time it would take to One manually.
Anyway, keep that in mind if you decide you're going to get Typi3D in the future. If you look at you will see that MOST of what it does, we can already do in MAX, however, I got it to speed up the process for making my signs for my buildings. So looks like i will only be enabling it when I'm actually using it in the future.
Also finished my first version of Jordyn yesterday and she is rocking a new skull Tattoo i made based one from Ron's Skulls Brushes, along with a bunch new textures I made for the eyes, clothes, hair, etc. the temperatures got into Spring range the last couple days around here so that's were my mind went with the scene. I didn't want to make a Holly LoF versio of Jordyn until I had made one of my own.

i thought i had discovered a magic trick for flipping clothing and hair...
i flipped the clone's X in max, imported it back into DS and then flipped X again, so it is now facing the original way - then i used the Txfer Util to fit the clone to the original, importing all morph targets. after the process had finished, DS automatically flipped it back to the desired reverse position
it worked, hurrah. all morphs worked as they should.
the problem though, was that it only ever worked this one time, on Halcyone's Nurse Clothing.
for every other attempt on a different item, it trashed it badly. ...and into the bin went that technique.

there is a mass of stuff in my account that i don't even remember buying and probably never installed, including around 5 characters, several lingerie sets, and that loose-fitting leather catsuit Robin was wearing in LoF.
cute Jordyn. Ron's PS brushes are another resource i've bought many of but never used - i think i used one single smoke brush once and that was it. i *really* need to go through my library some day...
speaking of your renders, i backtracked this thread to find the name of a figure you'd previously identified (Verity) and i noticed you'd uploaded a whole sequence of In the Hangar images i hadn't seen. very cool! i don't know how i missed those.
finished Stranded in Space yesterday. i fast clicked through most of the sex scenes - there's only so many times i can read 'you came so much' or 'oh god i'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥' or 'you're filling me up' etc. - but there's some funny moments in it that made playing it worthwhile
predictably, it finished right before the climax of the story.
next up is E174.
trying to make a Cynthia from Bailey gave me a headache - after throwing morph after morph at her face, she still didn't look even remotely close - and after the head, i still had to build her a whole different body too - so i ditched the Bailey mesh and made a fresh custom one in max, but used Baileys textures as a base for Cynthia's. Cynthia has weird silvery eye shadow which i have somewhere, but couldn't find - so i mashed some together in Photoshop, which will do ok for now
part of the issue doing things like this is that the figure's physiology changes so much with different expressions and camera angles, it's hard to tell exactly what the base figure looks like

almost all Daz and AVN women have Himalayan breasts, hourglass waists and backsides like a pair of Volkswagens.
i prefer 'average good looks' a.k.a. the 'girl next door' type, but yeah you are probably right - in the LoF AVN i suppose they would be dialled in larger.

She predates Bailey by about a year and a half... She also has the exact version of Cynthia's eyelashes as one of her options (the very short almost not even there version) they are not really shown in the Promo's, She also has the Silvery Eye shadow as her 1st option and notice in her promo's that her brow colors match closer to Cynthia then Baileys. So as far a her Shape goes, I don't think Cynthia is dialed 100% as Alex, but at Around 80% i started seeing Cynthia... I'm sure there is a sweet spot in there somewhere for perfection, but I'm happy where that is for now. Also Note to take a look at Her Textures in the files, you will need to adjust the Torso Textures, but they are already there as ALTS, just not loaded from the H_Mat. Lastly, I left the Silvery Cranked up so you could see it but I'm sure it could be toned down with the Soften Makeup Mat, (and lower weight of course in Metallic Flakes Weight)... Anyway, here she is along with my Jenny v1, with some CAKE!!!

Now I read what you said about the VW's and such and the Hour Glass Shape. That makes me Smile. Sometimes while I'm making mine I'll be like, Alright time to Bake that Cake! when I'm doing the Glutes lol ---which reminds me of the the Line from Artemis about Here Dad giving Artemis so much Cake! That really made me laugh! Some of the ladies I get feedback from on my stuff have accused me of making unrealistic models, because they have such tiny waists.... Then I tell the Measurements which I like mine to have between 22 1/2 to 24 inch (57.15 to 60.96 CM) waists, and promptly remind them of a Bombshell who starred in White Christmas (1954) who i will not name out of respect, but she had a 21 inch (53,34 CM) waist. They never told me I make unrealistic models again lol
bonus points for the bunny slippers.
i'll grab Alex today if my bank account hasn't already imploded from yesterday's bargain hunting... e.g. i bought the Forest add-on for Long Road specifically for that Robin render, then didn't end up using it because the readme came across as "warning! high polys! huge resource usage! crash! death! sadness!" - ok. delete.
i did wonder what the cake comment in Artemis was about, it makes sense now.
speaking of making sense, if i had a brain i would have started Sunville 2 instead of E-174, so i could continue studying Cynthia. but i do not, so the idea never even occurred to me.
not sure exactly how to treat her body yet, as far as i can tell she is almost a head shorter than Olivia and Sophie, and she looks a bit 'fleshy' - especially her arms - i might dial in a small amount of Chubby and see if that helps (i made a Chubby morph because i also made Sunville's Sarah, the frumpy nerd chick, and i needed to round her out a bit. why did i make a Sarah? no idea, but i did.)
btw, do you remember where Cynthia's grey top and purple pants are from?
i was trying to give her the black crop top with the two crossed Flying V's on it - i couldn't find it so i bought a couple of cheap $2 tops/dresses from RHub which i can carve up and convert. only one of them needs to work... and no biggie if they both fail.
haven't met Jenny from CK yet. another AVN i have so far neglected.
looked at the new update for Breeze of Passion. there is at least one Aurore derivative in there, Cathy, and another one suspiciously similar.
every or almost every use of Aurore in AVNs seems to be for grumpy or snooty characters - angry older sisters, aloof cousins, cold hearted business women, etc...
