1ST Rate Ships

Just a question . Is there any first rate or man of war ships in the sand box version .I have millions of coin 8 ships all 30 to 54 cannon have England maxed at 100k in the bad so they attack me however only being attacked with 3rd rates no man of wars 1st rates nothing over 54 cannon

is it in the sandbox version or is it not known if it is in the sandbox version?

yea Im not seeing any of the ships that are supposed to be in game . Seen the main Dev in a ship with 6 decks well over a hundred cannon a side where are these ships.This is also playing main story with over 31 mil silver and 9k dubs

It says that there are some differences between this and the full game. Like 20% of the ships and most of the side quests aren't in this demo version.

I've seen a ship of the line at the port of Tortuga, it was a French ship. It might just have a very low spawn rate possibly.

1st Rates are in the sandbox. I've seen the Spanish Man o War in their gold fleet and a French Warship attacking a Spanish town.

Talk to citizens when you can and they can sometimes give you info on rather a town is getting besieged, there's a chance that fleet has a 1st Rate.

How? i had a 3 and was already in 400k debt I grabed a 2 and when to 600k lol

So far in Sandbox I only have seen from the 1st class - Line Ship=Ship of the Line (one is at Tortuga port, next to heavy frigate and frigate). You can capture LS from Hot Raid missions when you reach around level ~20 (at lower levels the enemy spawns as Heavy Galleon). I suggest to save/reload before you enter combat from main map until you get the best one with 56 cannons. I have captured around 10 LS from hot raid - for me they always spawn as the enemy pirate ship if you get pirate variant of this random quest (I never did the nation convoy variant, so IDK what the squadron consists of).
I encountered 2 events with city being attacked by enemy fleet - but there was only a bunch of heavy frigates/frigates and few corvettes there. Nothing bigger, but this is randomized when you get the rumor of the attack. BTW don't bother with heavy Frigates - those are rather lame ships - regular frigate is much better.
The biggest ship that I encountered from free sailing not from events was Heavy Galleon - I save/reloaded attack on a Pirate convoy (the biggest ship icon on the main map) and in 50 tries there were no higher ships than Heavy Galleon popping up (at least at my level, which is 31)
