Demo Feedback

I think I will keep it short.
Disclaimer I didn't pay attention to the Story, because with a Roguelike the Gameplay has to sell me. So if I end up liking the Game and buying it at Launch, then I pay attention to the Story.

So overall I really liked it.

The Art Direction is pretty good.

The Music gave me some Diablo vibes, so it's also pretty good.

The Meta progression seems really good, after pretty much every Run I feel like it get
stronger because there is always new Upgrades. I am sure that will change after some time, once you already optained really good stuff. But at least for the beginning it feels very good.

Gameplay wise, it's not impossible by any means but I felt like Guns focused Builds were struggeling a bit. Because you always have to stop for a moment and stand still if you shot... or stand still the whole time with Repeater. Which for the most part isn't a issue, unless you get to the later Levels (after the 2nd Boss) where enemies suddenly get a a bit tankier.
I still could get to the Final Boss of the Demo, but wasn't able to beat him in the few runs I did. Because non of my Attacks (Normal, Split Shot or Repeater) felt like they did enough Dmg agains the Boss.
But at some point I tried Double Knife (The Spin) and that one is REALLY good.
The First run with it I was able to beat Final Boss and the 2nd Run I did with it (where I removed all gun related skills) was even better.
So I feel like Double Knife seems kinda broken right now, granted you are not immortal... but Double Knife, Reflex and the Slow Time Skill is pretty much all you need to just rush through it, if you have enough MP Recovery to pretty much permanently spin.
Also I think Double Knife is kinda broken, in the technical sense, because the Final Boss of the Demo isn't really doing anything if I use it. It just goes underground and pops up again, but isn't really doing anything else. Because it feels like Double Knife kinda stunlocks him.

I would wish that this Build isn't getting nerfed... because it's kinda fun, but I would guess it will get nerfed because it's just way stronger than the Gun builds, at least from my expertience so far.

But yeah, definitely looking forward to this Game, the Demo sold me on it.
