game keeps minimizing to task bar

i cant play at all, the game starts up and as soon as the screen turns black to start up the game it minimizes. it loads up normally. if i hover the application in my task bar i can see the alpha greeting screen but no matter what i do it wont stay on my screen.

or shift+windows key+arrow key left or right

try changing the in game exclusive fullscreen to fullscreen window or windowed.
