Display only in circle

When moving display outside circle in middle of screen fades away. Why ?

Theres a option for comfort movement, turn it off and it wont happen

I see no comfort movement that can be set to on off. I do find a lot of settings under a comfort header. And one of them is movement. When set that to combined I see the outside circle fading. If other setting I can only move through teleportation and my left controllers thumb stick can't be used for moving which I want to.
