Laboratory missing key to another door(not supply card)

I clear laboratory and door near supply room is blocked,there door behind it Where I can find a key to open it ?

You get that in a quest later.

Make sure to pick up oil factory key cards when you see them. You'll need them for that quest, and they're quite rare.
