Question about the "secret ending"

I've done all the stuff from Strelok (we all know him), deciphered the binary code and execpt the 15x Kibba kills the barman has nothing more to offer.

Now I've reached the anomaly in the NPP and I'm not able to talk to it about STALKER, I can just wish for peace, immortality and rich(?).

What am I doing wrong? Is it the 15 Kibba kills? :D

You face NPP at the end, when you can wish for 3 opitions, don't make choice and type STALKER at your keyboard, then you will be teleport back to your base

Oh boy, does this work in a second run to the NPP or do I have to start all over again? :D
/e: damn it, need a completely new run, can't enter the NPP anymore :(

hey guys ive just finished all the quests given to you by the barman and your faction but havent cleared the watchers base. who or what is npp and is it at the end of the watchers base inside the building?

@teenyJB. yes its in the watchers building. the barman has an option when you talk to him, whats next and he talks about the NPP.
