scientist work 2 in the mall, blocked?

I can't reach the objective area for scientist work 2 int he top right of the mall map in the train areas. The walls and train cars are all blocking me. I have tried 3 times now to regenerate the map by leaving and coming back but I still can't reach it.

Whats the objective? It could be targeting the anomaly field that is part of another quest, youll have to keep doing Barman missions to get access, or keep loading the map hoping it picks a different anomaly.
