The screen stays stuck on the first image where CABO Studios appears, it doesn't advance, I know it's not responding, what can I do?

I'm in the same situation. I've deleted all the mods and reinstalled them but it's still the same.

Try disabled mods and deleting 2 files installed_mods.json and mods_enabled.json in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ZERO_Sievert.
