Friend vs Foe?

How do you know who is vs who wont shoot you? Seems every time I THINK I know, I get drilled full of holes.

Eggheads (Scientists) are the only ones I've come across that won't shoot you on sight, I believe everyone else does.

the red eye green armor guys are also friendly

Yeah, scientists Yellow. Soldiers Green and Caravan troops Red are friendlies.

Also there are non-hooded guys who usually chill around a building in a forest. One plays guitar. They are neutral too, they will point their guns at you but they won't shoot unless you do :)

In all circumstances but the most obvious its all I can do, simply cant tell them apart most of the time.

this game is insanely dumb and bad in its mechanics i mean i know its early access but come on... this is just pathetic... i cant tell who enemies are and bad guys and there is delay on when they shoot you so you think "ok its safe" then dead.... like f.king stupid

Only bandits and hunters shoot you on sight. Everyone else is chill until you attack them first.
