How I reload different ammo types to my gun?

I have different ammo types of same caliper like 5.45x39 HP ammo and supersonic but my gun that needs that ammo says "no ammo 5.45x39 PS ammo found". How I put different kind of 5.45x39 ammo to my gun.
Just trying to figure this out while ghouls are eating my face

First don't move, because you can change bullet when walking
Then press "Y"
Roll middle mouse button to bullet you want
Press "Y" again

This game HAVE a tutorial, but nowadays no one consider reading tutorials as tutorials

(That was sarcasm, just in case it wasn't obvious. The tutorial does indeed explain changing ammo types as well as other features people frequently come to the forums to ask about. A little reading would do a lot of good)
