Best Module for 1.0?
Has anyone talk about which module is like the best since 1.0?
Now I'm running Infirmary, Shooting Range, Gym, Scavenger, Workshop + 1 empty module (whatever you choose) (most often Kitchen)

Gym - Extra carry capacity and less fatigue is always great
Shooting Range - Extra damage is very nice
Infirmary - Less bleed chance is amazing
Workshop - with Doctor only can repair Class 3 armor, feel like you need this if you want to run high level armor for Mall run. Though I don't know how much you save.
Scavenger - Gives a lot of random good stuff
Kitchen - doubling your green hunger and water buff is honestly pretty amazing +4kg carry +33% loot speed

I previously run Bedroom instead of Kitchen, really don't feed the Bedroom buff.

Im running Workshop, Forge, Ammo, Scavenger, Infirm, and Gym. Forge 3 lets you scrap in raid (lots of armor repair parts). Im thinking I might drop Scavenger for Shooting Range next time I start over.

I go with Infirmary, Kitchen, Ammo, Gym, Shooting Range, and Workshop. I don't play hardcore.

  • Infirmary - I like being able to make meds, even though I rarely bother/need to. The passives are nice. There's a hidden bonus of getting a bit more HP, too.

  • Kitchen - Needing less food/drink, getting better bonuses from them, and being able to make coffee/tea to reduce fatigue and sometimes squeeze more runs in one day.

  • Ammo - Very convenient. I think ammo's more expensive than it used to be, too?

  • Gym - Mostly for the extra carry weight, but the stamina/fatigue bonuses are also nice.

  • Shooting Range - Bit more damage and weapon XP.

  • Workshop - Used to be very useful, but since the doctor doesn't repair tier 4+ armors anymore, I'd call it mandatory.

I've considered Scavenger and Forge as well, but ultimately decided against them.

Instead of Scavenger, I regularly go visit Igor to see what he has for me, which basically acts as a free Scavenger module, just with a bit more travel involved. There's also Mr. Junk who has a lot of the stuff one might need.

Forge is tempting to be able to scrap stuff while on a raid, but that would be much more useful earlier on, and by the time you've upgraded to tier 3, I just don't find it important anymore (again, Mr. Junk).

If I played hardcore, I'd probably be more tempted by Forge, maybe replacing Shooting Range.

Garden, Bedroom, and Recycling Center really need buffs, as far as I'm concerned. As they are, they seem like a complete waste of time/space.

My 5 go to in permadeath is that:

- Shooting Range: you get a bonus on your damage.
- Gym: you get a Stamina boost which can save your life if you need to run away.
- Infimary: you can craft any type of meds and you get a hp bonus.
- Ammo: you can craft any type of ammo and you get to loot Ammo scrap each day.
- Workshop: you can craft alot of repair kit or just repair your stuff with ressources. If you have a T4 -> T6 armor you can get away with repairing with ressources.

Mr.Junk will sell all ressources you need for your gear and you can trade Junk items for what he has to offer. you can level up most modules in stash just by trading with Mr. Junk which is what I do before going into a industrial run.

for the 6th modules: I do not recommand goin' for a scav box: Most of what they bring is ♥♥♥♥ and to create a Scav box level1 you need alot of ressources AND I would usually go for a bed (for the buff), a Kitchen (for the food/thrist buff) or a Forge (even tho you can buy whatever you need at Mr.Junk so a forge is not needed, it's a free plus but it's not the best.)
Recycling module as the 6th one is solid. especially is you tend to scrap armor/weapons.

What part of the bed buffs do you find makes it worthwhile?

Maybe I misunderstand how it works, but it seems pretty useless. Basically, you can just get away with sleeping a bit less?

I don't see how that's useful unless you're trying to speedrun finishing the game in as few ingame days as possible as a self-imposed challenge, or something like that.
