I cant open the game.

I install the 1.0 update and went to play it show this error.

- Close Steam. (Update if necesarry)

- Go to folder directory where you installed Zero Sievert (usually found in steam/steamapps/common)

- Look for and run Zero Sievert.exe

Steam should open up and try to launch Zero Sievert from there, and hopefully this should work. I've experienced this same problem and that's how I was able to fix it.

Verify the files again.

Then try. Got that error after patch and tried to load my SAVES.

Oh make sure you always back up ( i know the game does this) your 3 save files so you do not lose progress if the game bugs you.

Following this thread also. Exact same problem, new install, verified all, restarted steam, etc.
