Game Nearly Unplayable For Anyone Else?

Idk what they did but inventory is completely impossible now. I checked my own settings like 5 times to make sure nothing changed, they are all the same.

Everytime I open an inventory (either my own or to loot a body/container) the game completely seizes up for like 5-15 seconds, then every time I ctrl-click an item to move it the game freezes for like a full 1-2 seconds.

Nope all good on my end, try verifying the games integrity to see if that fixes it.

Can't confirm anything of the sort, I'm afraid. I started a new game yesterday and everything's running fine for me.

Try to verify Integrity of Game files on Steam.

I have verified game files, I have restarted my computer, I have un installed the game, I have re-installed the game. None of that works. I even went back to the 0.30 legacy version and tried that and found that version of the game has no issues, I go back to the current build, still has the same problem. Inventory is just completely scuffed for no reason I can understand. And before anyone says go to graphics settings and make sure Zero Sievert is on High Performance mode, it is. I play on a laptop with an igpu and an actual gpu so I always have to do that so games don't get confused which gpu they should use for gaming.

*Update* I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! I was troubleshooting changing one option at a time for awhile today and I finally found the one thing that made a difference! Turns out it was because I had log to file in launch options (which I believe was one of the things necessary to mod the game, all I did was change all of the guns from their in game name to the actual guns name.)

As soon as I got rid of that from the launch options it worked completely normally. Nobody else has posted here about similar issues yet but if you have that turned on and are having issues with the game at all then that might be the reason why.
