I have an issue with where exactly in the shoe store must i place the CCTV camera.
I've explored whole Keri shop and the option does not appear.
Maybe i have to kill soldiers first?.
Help please.

It took me a couple of mins to figure it out but you plant the camera on one of the shelves in the Keri Store.

The shelf closest to the registers if I remember right unless the plant spot is just randomized.
