Can't find high quality toilet paper.

Hi I'm asking this question cos I cant find it for 3h in the game (forest map). I cant progress to other maps cos no other npc wants to give me any quests. Am I just blind or is this bugged ?

i found it in a box that spawned outside the huts in the abandoned area with the bandits and ghouls. seemed like a random spot for a box to be placed, not the usual spots. only item in the box was the toilet paper

Jeez, I have spent hours looking for that darn toilet paper, but in the wrong place apparently. Thanks for the screen shot.

Now I just need to find out where this crimson guy is that needs murdering.
