Whats a Kibba?

So i think theres only 1 task i have not done yet and its kill 15 kibbas in the mall.
I have been in there for nearly an hour multiple times i havnt seen a single kibba, just a LOT of hunters and occasional Big.
Are they in the game yet or have bugged spawn?

It's just the boss of the mall on the second floor and there's only one of them so you'd have to redo the mall at least 15 times to do it

kibba can be killed by hunters etc, thus sprint as fast as you can to the gun-store in the mall.
kibba usually is in or around this store. hes the one with fancy helmet

Kibba's AI is relentless and he has a drum fed RPK so if you're in the mall and you hear someone just absolutely mag dumping then it's probably him, and if the shooting stops he's probably gotten himself killed. He's typically in the gunstore at the northern end of the mall and drops the key for the vault there.

Finally found him, once, after more runs in the mall. Alive anyway, ran into his corpse a couple times too.
That was weird that i somehow didnt even see his body for soooo long...
