The doctor's prices for curing it have come down a lot because of this, from what I understand.
If you're so poor you can't even pay the doctor, it's probably best to just let yourself die.
I assume radiation goes away when you die? If it doesn't, I'd argue it should, for balance reasons...
Though this is probably not useful in your immediate situation, as a general tip, consider building the Infirmary. Rad pills are pretty easy/cheap to make.
But it looks that you manage to soft-lock yourself.
Not sure how money can be a problem in this game, but if you don't want to start a new game use a debug mode - ctrl-alt-p
Just turning it on and off will fully heal you (but wont, cure radiation)
And you can add 10k rubels with ctrl-F2
Or start a new game.
Or start running around map looking for hidden stashes/med boxes and drinking all vodka available :)
Checking day by day comments on this forum as I finished the game (from where I went on my EA purchase. ) now waiting for big updates, or release :-)
