You can literally put a command in to make it uncap, running it at 180fps without playing it with 3x the speed amigo.
Then you should probably post it for the OP to try no? As for me I'll go by what the developer themselves said until I see that it works.
Nah just wanted to point out your statement is nonsense don't you worry. It's the basic fps uncap command from steam.
I just tested it by capping FPS to 20. Tickrate and framerate are paired. What do you gain from spreading ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?
I'm assuming he's talking about the "+fps_max XX" command that you put into the launch parameter under the options menu for a given game. However, I'm doubtful it'll work how he says it does considering the fps issue is related the engine ZS runs on.
Give it a try though and report back if it actually works for you,
edit: the performance of my PC isnt the problem it is obviously a forced fps cap from the game
You might try a value under 300, I think there was a cap to the parameter.
