Key to door in sewer

So I cleared the village and discovered the giant blue crystal. I died on the way back, losing the key that the stranger who saved e left, along with everything else. Game saved the task as complete even though I ended back at the bunker like nothing happened. Also won't give me a quest after that, if there is one.

I don't think there is; I never received a new task after finishing the blue crystal one (and I didn't die on the way out).

Im not 100% sure but that sounds like a bug if it shows it as completed. Do you have the key in your inventory by chance?

I happen to have died my first run back due to two blinks, after obtaining the key. It was just the normal reset and I ran it over again to get it done. Hadn't ran into any issues.

There is no follow-up quests yet for that though, if that helps any. The key unlocks a room in the sewer with a lone fella, few lines of dialog. Nothing else unless I missed something. Sorry if it spoils anything..

I'd say GALLONofPCP is correct. That's the last quest in that chain (For now) and it shouldn't be counted as complete if you died before extracting, that very much sounds like a bug.

the key only leads to a room with a bit of lore anyways. it's clearly unfinished content and you're not missing out on anything without the key for the foreseeable future
