However, I do feel that water is kind of sparse in the game's loot economy, so for the most part, I end up buying all 3 water bottles off barman every time his inventory refreshes.
But overall, it's nice that there's some degree of challenge involved (until you enter the mid- to late-game stage, where you have more money and loot than you know what to do with).
I've been in the forest a lot trying to knock out some quests, usually can find 1 bottle of water in the north and south side buildings of the village, your mileage may vary depending on RNG.
