Can't find this ghoul lair at all?
Been wandering around the forest map and cant seem to find it. Not sure if im doing something wrong

Keep looking, it's there, if you see Ghouls away from the village you are close.

It's a small cave in a big forest. look for ghouls in the forest.

took me ages too, then when you dont want to find it you will run into it every run

found it min 5 times already. its there :) but i dont go inside..its ..dark... :-P

It is typically near a bandit camp. Northwest of one. If you find a bandit camp with lots of dead bandits be sure to check to the northwest. Do not forget your flashlight hunter.

The ghoul lair is trivial to find, just look for a big *round* object on the map. Everything else is either small or not round.

This answer, which the OP didn't seem to fully understand, helped me to locate the darn lair on the next forrest run I did.
Look for a brown and round blop on the map. It isn't huge but big enough to be spotted when scanning the map. Got a small black dot in the middle (bit like a donut).

Why? he's correct as the poster above me explained. You can spot it when you open the map, as soon as you come off the train. Someone can probably post a screenshot of what it looks like on the map.

Look for a big round brown spot on the map, with a dot in the centre. That's the ghoul cave. Then go there and there will be one ghoul on each corner.
