Makeshift Camp, Blocked offices
So on makeshift camp, there is a location that has been inaccessible every time I have made my way to it (15+ times). Its the building that has a small 'park' in the front, and has been blocked by numerous vehicles. Am I missing something?

You need to advance the green army storyline. Specifically destroying the ghoul's lair.

Yeah, I have done that. I thought it was something to do with map generation maybe? The path inwards seems full of cars.

There is a quest from the General of the Green Army, 1st one is to investigate the entrance to let him know it's blocked by cars. 2nd one he mentions his men has moved the cars, and that there is a pile of flesh (Infestation) where the ghouls seem to be coming from.
