how to unlock stash 12 - 14

Pretty sure you can get an upgrade from killing Igor and going through that little questline (I refuse to kill the guy).

Not sure if you get two through that, or just one. I'm stuck at 12 at the moment too.

i killed him and no upgrades so yeah we both stuck.

Oh damn I just made pretty much the exact thread. Yes, one is from Igor but I don't really want to kill him and it would still leave you with one locked slot.

12th is my last stash page, unlocked it by crafting tier 2 stash upgrade, it doesnt allow to upgrade further tho. Stash upgrade from killing Igor quest seems to be tier1

I've already gotten tier 1 & 2 stash upgrades crafted. Quest upgrades are separate and afaik only give 1 slot.

No. The tier 1 stash you can craft gives you 2 slots.
Edit: Or was it 3 even?

Only the first one, at least on my end its only been the first that gives 2.

There is only one tier 1 upgrade. You can't use a second one (I tried). The tier 2 upgrade unlocks 6 slots iirc.

What about the ones that you get as job rewards? Each seem to add a single box unless i'm missing something.

Yes, that's what I already said. They're not related to the tier 1 or 2 upgrades though.

So there is a chance that the only way to have all stash slots is to keep the quest upgrade kits untill you upgrade your stash with crafted one to the max?

I never got the Igor stash upgrade, though every time I return to the map, his house is marked and the body is on the floor.
