I have high speed wire, but I play at 100 ping all the time, such is the reality. When I see 70 or less ping with the opponent, it's a rare luck.
My 100 ping connection is via mobile internet shared with usb actually xD

I'm using mobile internet connected to my PC with USB, and i have no idea if it's stable enough or not, but it always shows around 100 ping in other online games.
i've never used mobile internet for games, but on my phone it's pretty unstable which is not very surprising..
maybe if you live next to LTE/5G tower then it's totally fine xD

Pick a server near you and one of few game settings and check how flat (or not) is your graph. If you have some occasional packet losses then it probably will be very bad online.
