explain the deluxe and ultimate pack to me

so what's the differences beside the outfits ? what is "playable character year 1 pass" does that mean if i get the standard edition i could only have all the playable characters for only 1 year, after that i have to buy them again ?

ultimate includes more cosmetics than deluxe. both get dlc chars 72 hours early, and after season pass you have to buy new characters if you want to keep your roster going. it's not usually a year, but every 'season' that's why it's a season pass.

These tactics of season passes in fighting games suck. It just makes me not buy the game.

If you buy standard edition you will have to buy each character separately otherwise you won't be able to play them.
Same will apply for future passes. If you don't buy the 2nd pass, you will have to buy each character separately too.
You can think of it like a bundle. Buy season pass (bundle) or purchase each piece (character) separately.

There are 32 character on launch in basic edition. Where else do you have that?

18 in street fighter
25 in mk1
25 in xrd rev2!

You complaining you need to buy new characters on top of that? Previously we had to buy ENTIRE GAME just to get balance fixes and same 2-3 new chars.

Is it any different from DOA?
Though, compared to GI, you see what you buy in Tekken. Genshin's casino is another thing. Though, you can obtain all for free, just need more time.
