TEKKEN 8 minimum requirements
Memory: 4 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 510
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
File Size: Unknown
OS: Windows 10
More likely worse case there will be potato mods for such and other GPU workarounds.
I'd wait for an "official system specs" reveal
Thats
1080p 30fps for a 3090..
FFFfff*******
Luckily Tekken 8 isn't open world, so Ultra 4K should still be manageable..
In theory
This thread can easily spread misinformation.
So better to have PS5+ hardware for Win as general assumption.
But we can tweak some settings, so it would be fine some lower performance machine.
I guess 8GB would be enough. If it is not enough, probably you can not set highest texture setting. But lower setting would be fine.
I even played 750gtx desktop 1gb at max settings 720p. There were 50+ frames. If this is reduced to high, then ~60. Moreover, the ancient tri-cores Athlone II 435 participated.
GeForce 510 looks ultra cool, considering that it is older than TekkenTagTournament2 and Windows 8.0.
In addition to the PS5, there will also be a SeriesS. Most likely 1650 should be enough.
A good chance 720p if you want to max everything including screen space reflections
Granted the OP never said what Resolution they were planning to run T8 in.
Granted there will Probably be an auto optimization mode and DLSS
So far even in 1080p, that lighting refraction and particle effects don't look cheap if the goal being a stable 60 fps online then using the autooptimization features would be best, and a paltry 30 fps offline for screenarchery.
A 3060 ti will be plenty since that's what the OP was asking.
Maybe 4k would hit that limit I guess at max but the game will probably have dlss and 1440p should be fine, this isn't some huge world that needs lots of npcs and stuff to load in and hitting performance tends to be a priority when it comes to FGs
