Otherwise just character specific niche channels like Heera Malik for Steve,Senpai relax/Death by Nina for Nina or ImyourFather for Lee ( or Murakumo) etc..
I sometimes watched Spag's channel ( for the interviews with top players) , TekkenKnee channel for some gameplay or Phidx ( makes interesting content, smart observations) and the various "Tekken replays" channels to check some specific players or characters games.
Sometimes I also watched Moonsault Slayer for some news or some funny combo channels like TK Jetfury or normal ones like Rysingsol when trying a new char.
Youtube recommends me some more popular channels all the time but I rarely watch because I prefer targeted content for particular characters I play or tournaments.

And that's just people who are Tekken players, there's plenty of newcomers who stream a lot too like boxbox, LilyPichu, and Shiphtur. Surely you can find someone who you enjoy watching.
I think there are plenty of guides out there on youtube, some small youtubers trying to establish their niche out there. I feel like Tekken is one of those games that's fun to watch but it's hard to understand outside of learning it a piece at a time. So you have to search for that specific piece and not try to watch every video that pops up on Youtube cause you won't remember most of it anyway.
Aris is probably the most popular Tekken personality but he can make much more bank with less effort and aggravation playing other games. Lilmajin is someone you can check out, as long as don't despise a King player, very likeable and down-to-earth guy which is rare.
I also think with people feeling less satisfied or hitting the wall with the game they've moved on so there's not as much viewership. I have a hard time playing Tekken 8 for long sessions so I imagine it's not easy to stream it for a long time without getting tired. It's a frenetic game, moreso than Tekken 7.
Just look at the units sold on Steam. https://vginsights.com/game/1778820
Nearly a million purchases of Tekken 8, and yet the current peak player count is just short of 12,500.
Tekken is a very popular franchise and 8 is no exception, but like most fighting game franchises, it isn't a franchise that the majority of players put tons and tons of hours into.
consoles say otherwise
uh if I wasted my time making content and I found my content was being stolen I'd work for another platform.. If i was a large youtuber id strike those channels and look into others who had their content stolen and then give them a call. Content thieves don't deserve justice.
you can copyright your art templates used in the vids to showcase other forms of media, you do know that right?
From my own experience over the years when ever i ask some ppl they always knew about Tekken some knew or didnt knew about Street fighter and suprisingly very few ppl knew about DOA (but i admit thats partly fan service game but i like the fight styles there) so yea i think Tekken is just so well known that ppl often look elswhere unless they search some real decent tips on how to get better.
Maximilian Doods bans people for the slightest things, but because he doesn't react, and does it panface, helps giving him a better image.
