YOU are the problem.
Let's start by acknowledging that the game is currently extremely flawed across various gameplay layers. However, there are no irreparable things in the game, but that’s not what we’re talking about. Even when the game is brought to a state of reasonable balance and the most important broken things are fixed - you, yes, YOU - will continue to complain and cope. Because you lose not because the game is poorly balanced. You will lose because you are looking for excuses for your failures in everything around you except your own skill and incompetence.

I agree with the fact that constructive criticism is very necessary and it really helps the game develop in the right direction. However, when such criticism concerns the balance of the game, developers should primarily listen to the people who have dedicated their lives to this game and know it inside and out. The average player is not like that, but these are the people who now take advantage of the general vibe of global whining and take this as the basis for their justifications. Excuses for bad games, losses, plugs and who knows what else.

Please don't be like them. Help the community develop, not degenerate in ignorance.
And yes, those who are not concerned with this topic - you understand this perfectly well. You can ignore it.

(For the first time in my life, I decided to devote several days to analyzing reviews of the game and discussions on this forum. It was this period of time that inspired me to write this post)

Sure, bad balance is no excuse not to try and improve. But this is what everyone on a carry character does, they act self-righteous and insinuate that it's the other person who doesn't understand the game. They don't want people complaining about the balance, because the devs might listen, and actually fix the game. And if they fix the game, that means they're going to have to put in some honest-to-god effort to play their braindead character.

Balance is my least favorite topic to discuss in a FG, it's all just BS, really.

Every character other than mine is OP and cheap, unless it's someone else using my character, in which case it's also OP and cheap.

I enjoy the game a lot and most fights requires you to pay attention and make the right decisions, but the game have some BIG balance issues, not gamebreaking as u say.

my opinion is, is the game worth investing lots of hours and ranking up a lot? at least for me it is not, I already reached garyu with my reina, and I just play quickplay now for learning my enemies without the stress of the points.

it's a cool game for having a couple of matches after work and saying "WHAT??????????" and laughing with the cheesy stuff other players pulls? yes, it's a fantastic game for casual fun, I never played any fighter game before and this is my first game, u can tell how easy it is designed around the idea of giving u very adrenaline fueled but simple combats.

it's fun, nothing else.
worth the full price? not really if u only plan to play multiplayer and ignore completely the campaing mode.

I quit after I made it to purple ranks. It's funny how the matches I get are less interesting the further in rank I get.

I was so fed up that I just threw every match. I barely get paired with decent connections while I'm waiting in queue now (people quit playing). I'd never recommend Tekken 8 when you can get Tekken 7 for $5 dollars.

The people that like Tekken 8 are mashers. That's who the developers made the game for. There's no thought. No strategy. Just press buttons. Gee, that sure is fun...

Its funny you said that.
Arslan, a multi EVO winner, had been forefront about the game being bad. The community is treating him like dirt and tag him as salty.

He tweeted he needs to win EVO again in order to have his voice heard.

They made a game where every single character is viable

But apparently balance is ‘bad’

If you think the balance is bad you haven’t played a truly unbalanced fighting game. Let me think of one… okay how another a classic fighting game like street fighter 3 third strike, yeah good luck winning a tournament with Sean or Twelve, have fun

Only the younger generation would think T8 has bad balance, you guys haven’t been around long enough

It is average or very average players who massively buy the games, advanced and pro players only constitute a minority.
This is why the game is poorly balanced at this stage, so that average players who buy the game can rank up and think they are good, it is purely commercial. There is no other explanation for all the completely stupid choices that developers make, they are in fact not stupid choices but calculated ;)
Once the game sells well, the game will become more and more balanced to make room for more competitive players, for the longer term.
