Can‘t start the game no matter what I try
I wanted to play Tekken 8 today for the first time, but whenever I start I get about a second of a screen flashing, and then it goes black and unresponsive so I have to kill it in task manager. I have had this same issue with only one other game (Remnant 2) before and thought it was related to the game but apparently not.

Everything else works fine in steam and other games.

- All drivers are updated
- Fresh install from game and also steam
- Integrity check done
- PC restarts between any changes
- Run as admin
- Run with windows 8 compatible
- Combine those two
- Change screen resolution from 144hz to 60hz
- Turn ScreenSynch off

My specs:
- AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
- Windows 11

I don't know what other specs are useful to know but I went through everything with a friend in IT and he made me double check with him that everything is up to date.

I didn't care much about the previous game, but I really wanna play Tekken 8 and who knows what games is gonna affect in the future.

By all drivers do you mean all chipset/motherboard drivers as well?
Try updating the bios as well.

Why do you run it as win8 compatible? UE5 supports Windows 11

I saw it as a solution in a similar post, tried both but doesn't work

Not exactly sure what you mean with the power plan. It still uses RAM while in blackscreen, but theres also no audio so it's not just black screen while the game is running.

NVIDIA 3D settings are also reset but nothing still

A long time ago I had a similar issue with a different game and the issue was the audio drivers.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
just put this on pc search bar >> Edit Plan Settings

you can also disable the display adapter of the cpu on the device manager first then try to launch it, its a long shot but it conflicts sometimes

Do you try to repair your OS System (Win11). Might well can be broken, which could be the reason why the game doesnt run.

To Repair:
Open "CMD"-Application as Administrator
Type "sfx /scannow"
Wait until its done
Its tells, when is broken and repaired or everything is fine.

If the step doesnt try to check windows feature and make sure, you try to install .net 3.5
