HAVE MICROTRANSACTIONS KILLED THE GAME?

Hi, I planned to buy TEKKEN 8, but suddenly discovered that they implemented microtransactions one month after release. Now I am asking you about the game experience after that. Do they incline you to donate? I am really disappointed about introducing donate system, but is it not that bad as I think?

What would kill the game for me are microtransactions to buy loot boxes to win new, powerful characters and temporary powerups. So gambling and pay2win mechanics.
DLC costumes are fine and pretty much industry standard at this point. Just the coins are stupid.

I haven't found anything worth buying at the store. The biggest problem is the store is mostly pointless imo

I hate microtransactions being in priced games. It's even worse when that game costs $70.00.

The world is changing. I too liked more the 90's but it's over. Tekken 8 is one of the best fighter we have... people can keep their principles as much as they want, you don't want to play ? Stay out, no problem. But coming to cry each time for the same thing over and over again ? You are not in 2000's anymore, this war is lost, it's the new economy and you can't ask people to don't do that just for you. Money is power, as I said Tekken is one of the best, if they get money with skins... good. The only thing important for me is a good price for a great game and gameplay, and I had it already since release. They can do their money now with skins, it's not a problem for me. i prefer that than it become a "free" gatcha that will rob you for 100 dollars for 1 character.
