You can literally see which arm relates to the correct throw break and react to it in time. if you see both arms it's 1+2. Also it's not like a Sf throw tech breaks will happen as the throw is being performed.
Go look up PhiDX's channel on youtube he has a good tutorial on how to set up training drills for it in practise mode with Druganov.
Easiest way to tell is watch replay with their inputs on. Consistent frame timing is usually the sign of a cheater. By consistent I mean without fail, same frames input, interrupts mashing to suddenly throw break, or input always happens on the first frame it can come out.
Example I matched against a King that I thought was just really good at blocking, it happens some people are really good. I watched the replay to see how I could open him up easier. 1 frame b followed by 1 frame db was input every frame he was idle. He was cheating but I am unclear how his character wasn't moving perhaps a turbo macro I do not know. I did beat him by breaking throws and CH's though and he rage quit at the rematch screen.
If without a doubt its a cheater report it and go on with your life.
Sometimes people will break a throw by accident because they were already pressing 1 or 2 for an attack.
When I see a throw if I'm not sure I press 1+2 because most people use that type of throw. If they're in the corner they're probably gonna do a sideswitch throw, so you know a 1 or 2 break is what your'e gonna have to do.
Seems impossible at first, try training mode with dummy doing a 1 break, 2 break, 1+2 break. You'd be surprised how fast you can actually get it down
You can be pretty sure, ppl using TO (not writing it out) was in T7 the same.
I mean reactable ? Kekw if your in your 100 hours ? sure sure. Then you must have trained it pretty intense. When you watch Lil_Majin playing KIng they wont break too often for the dmg it does.
If your in pressure (kekw pressure in T8 ppl dont know with all the mashing if they get pressured) its not reactable if your pretty much confortable with the opponents char, ye. But 100% ya sure theese ppl should go to offline tournaments. (pssst you will never see em there, have a guess why)
