CPU usage spike only fixes with alt tab

I have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K and it handles the game well, but like every 10 minutes it spikes and goes from like 3% usage to 50% usage. This causes the game to drop to around 57-59 fps and slows the game down. I founded that alt tabbing in and out makes it go back down. Does anyone know why this happens and is there anyway I can get it so I don't have to alt tab anymore?

Sounds like a focus issue in OS or the game.

Try disabling E-Cores in your bios. its know to cause CPU issues with this game (and really any running on Unreal Engine 5)
