It is literally better to play them out so they will climb to their actual rank.

If you plug they will lose their winstreak and they will stay in that rank for longer.

I have 18 hours ranked and never seen a disconnect. Never seen a player with a disconnect rate above 0%.
I think all the people commenting about how people are plugging are exposing themselves.
