It's not like they're telling you anything that isn't true. When you're defending against Reina you shouldn't mash unless you really know what you're doing because the risk is heavily in her favor when you do that. If you think it's unfair that she gets to press buttons all the time, and you wish you could do that too, then pick a character who is good at doing that. Or pick a character who has great tools for shutting down that kind of playstyle like Yoshi.
